At Arts N Prints (A Unit of Newtech India), we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of all our products. Our warranty policy is designed to ensure a hassle-free and transparent experience for our customers.

What is Covered?

We offer a Limited Warranty on all our nameplates and signage products that covers:

• Manufacturing defects

• Printing errors (text/image mismatch)

• Material defects (such as premature corrosion, breakage, or fading due to poor quality material)

• Damage during shipping (if reported within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence)

What is Not Covered?

Our warranty does not cover the following:

• Damage caused by improper handling or installation

• Exposure to harsh chemicals, fire, acidic cleaners, or physical abuse

• Natural wear and tear due to time and outdoor exposure

• Custom-made products with approved pre-production design errors

• Color variations across screens and final print output (minor acceptable tolerance)

Warranty Period

• Standard Products: 3 months from date of delivery

• Premium/Engineering Grade Materials: Up to 6 months depending on material type

• Digital & Printed Products: No warranty due to temporary nature

Warranty Claim Process

1. Report Issue: Email us at support@artsnprints.com or WhatsApp +91 9036882889 within the warranty period.

2. Provide Proof: Attach order number, invoice, and clear photos/videos of the defect or damage.

3. Review: Our support team will assess the claim within 3–5 working days.

4. Resolution: If eligible, we will offer a free replacement, repair, or partial refund, based on case review.

Important Notes

• The warranty is applicable only to original buyers and not transferrable.

• Warranty is valid only if the product has been used in normal indoor/outdoor conditions.

• For custom corporate orders or bulk deals, separate warranty terms may apply.
